Leadership Capability Maturity Model
Through our proprietary framework called the Leadership Capability Maturity Model (LCMM), we assess the leadership development practices of an organization on eight parameters and rate them on four levels–informal, individual, incorporated, and integrated. In addition to recognition, your organization gets analysis and recommendations on your current LDP and how it can be made more holistic with respect to your business goals. The LCMM levels combined with the PMES outcome for an organization, determine if they are a Leadership Factory or not. As of today, 37 organizations across manufacturing, IT, BFSI, pharma, and services have been recognized as Leadership FactoriesTM of India.
