People Manager Workshops

People Manager Workshops are designed and delivered by top facilitators and are contextualized to suit your organization and industry. The workshop covers frameworks and tools that help managers understand the competency and develop an implementable action plan.

The workshops are designed based on the People Manager Effectiveness Survey (PMES) outcome and inputs of the top management to cover relevant competencies. Each workshop has a batch size of only 25 managers for maximum efficacy and is executed over a duration of 2 days.
